TORONTO. — An urgent call for more Nisei
members was stressed at the 9th Annual General
Meeting- of the Saisei-Kai held on March 31st at
the Nikko Garden. A greater female member
ship was also urged. This need for new blood
was urged in order to give the Saisei-kai a
broader, stronger foundation to carry out its
philanthropic, charitable, educational, artistic,
and social works.
The meeting also adopted the Board of Direc
tors recommendations for the new year's program.
