brought this week against two
multimillionaires charging them
with swindling more than $12
million in stocks, checks, promis­
sory notes and land title deeds
from three Japanese firms.
The men are Masami Mori­
waki, a moneylender already
under indictment on charges of
evading $10.5 million in tax pay­
ments, and Hironobu Fukihara,
president of Fukihara Industries,
who has been charged with
swindling $4.7 million.
