After reading the article, “The Fight is on, says 93-year-old
issei,” I'm encouraged to submit a solution for Isseh Nisei,
Sansei, Yonsei, new immigrants and other minority ethnic
groups enjoying freedom in Canada.
A solution? Ask and find out how exactly 22,000 Japanese
Canadians would like to be compensated. Then, if some feel
money is the solution, give the money to them. If some feel
the Japanese community as a collective is the solution, do it
so. At last I would like to ask an individual who feels a victim
under various circumstances, please do stop revenge on
another. We do not pass this kind of suffering to our children,
do we?
